Reservation Policy
It provides a Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guests and yet to prevent loss of income to our home owners and our business. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it.

Cancelling more than 60 days prior to your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $35.

If we rebook the property, the deposit will be refunded and a $35 cancellation fee is charged. If we are unable to rebook, the full rental amount is forfeit and the guest will be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
Cancelling
For this reason we recommend trip insurance to protect your investment in your vacation, especially for groups of three or more cottages. We do not refund for early departures or acts of God if a storm takes out the power to a rental unit.
Payment Policy
The balance of the booking charges is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.If full payment is not made we will cancel the reservation and any deposit will be forfeited.
We accept most forms of payment. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Card payments are preferred. If paying by check or cash, a card on file is required.
Deposit Policy
Next year reservation $200 credit card transaction with 3.5% fee associated to hold dates. Your must book for next year before leaving current week reservation or dates will not be held. A 25% deposit is required January 31 of the following year.
Full payment of total reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
We will only hold your reservation for 7 days without a deposit.
Winter Cancellation Policy
If the official trail report states snowmobile trail conditions are Poor, reservations may be changed to another week/weekend within the same season.
Rental Requirements
- Three night minimum for most stays.
- PLEASE CALL FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF A TWO NIGHT RENTAL.
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM; Check-out time is 8:30 AM in the summer season.
- Spring, Fall, and Winter check out is at 10:00 AM.
- Early arrivals or late departures can sometimes be arranged.
- Balance of rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Credit Card on file may be used for damage deposit/excessive cleaning fee not to exceed $1000.00 for any lodging unit and another $1000.00 for any boat or watercraft rental. The reservation holder is responsible for the condition of their lodging unit (and/or boat/watercraft rental) upon departure. Renter accepts all costs of liability and physical damages to themselves or others with any boat, motor, cottage, or home rentals during the course of this reservation. The number of renters will not exceed house compacity.
All rates are subject to 10% state and local tax. We accept most forms of payment. This includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Card payments are preferred.
We are pet friendly in some homes and will require a $150 weekly pet fee per dog and or a $25 a day pet fee per dog. This fee will be used for extra cleaning of the unit and any incidentals outside of damage. Renter will be held financially responsible for damage from pets and will take liability of any problem arising for animals not being under full control. Renter will be charged additional fees for failing to pick up after animals or leaving unattended in the home. Renter accepts full responsibility for any damage during the stay in addition to this fee.
